长江防护林体系持续经营的战略思考

Strategic Consideration of Continual Management of Yangtse River Shelter-forest System

通过对长江中上游森林资源和环境状况的分析，指出：长江防护林在营造方面取得了很大成绩，但从森林生态系统整体考虑，从长江流域森林资源分布和结构上分析，存在许多问题，需要通过持续经营，连续监测，不断调整，才能逐步形成功能良好的防护林体系．

After many analyses of the forest of the upper and middle reaches of the Yangtse River, this paper has pointed out that though great achievements in construction of the Yangtse River shelter-forest system have been made, there are still many problems if we take into consideration the forest ecosystem as a whole and analyse the distribution and structure of the forest resources of the reaches. Therefore, a shelter-forest system with good function can be gradually formed by means of continual management, constant monitoring and frequent adjustment.
