摘要
目的探讨寰枢椎不稳更为有效的治疗方法。方法对11例寰枢椎稳者行后路寰枢椎钩钢板内固定植骨融合术。结果 11例随访3个月-6年,平均26个月,所有患者都获得骨性融合。1例出现寰椎后弓骨折,但复位没有丢失,最终在术后5月获得骨性融合。结论寰枢椎钩钢板内固定术可使寰枢复合体获得即刻三维稳定,为骨性愈合提供良好的力学环境。对寰枢椎不稳的患者,如果寰枢椎后弓完整,寰枢椎钩钢板内固定术一种新的较好的手术方式。
Objective A new techniques may be used to achieve fixation of the C 1-C2 instability. Methods We retrospectively studied 11 patients who underwent C1-C2 hook-plate. The study group comprised 6 men and 5 women, with a mean age of 21 years (range 12-38 years). Results There were no new or worsening neurologic symptoms reported at 3-66 month follow-up. Bony fusion was obtained in all cases. Conclusion C 1-C2 hook-plate is a safe and accurate surgical technique that can get three-dimensional stability of atlantoaxial complex and provides excellent biomechanics environment for bony fusion
