摘要
铝合金结构中构件的连接方式有三种:焊接、机械连接和粘接。文中介绍铝合金的焊接方法、焊接热影响区以及焊接强度的设计方法。铝合金机械连接分为铆接、螺栓连接和螺丝连接,文中详细介绍了国外规范中铝合金结构机械连接的设计方法。粘接在建筑结构中很少应用。铝合金结构连接与钢结构连接存在明显差异;本文通过总结国内外规范和文献中的相关内容,重点介绍了二者的不同之处,为今后的研究提供了一些参考。
The joining methods utilized for aluminum members include: welding, mechanical fastening, and adhesive bonding. The welding methods, heat-affected zone, and design method of weld strength are introduced. The mechanically fastened joints are connected with rivets, bolts, or screws. The design methods of mechanical fastening in foreign codes are discussed. The adhesive joints are seldom used in building structures. The aluminum connections differ from their counterparts in steel; this paper discusses the differences between them by summarizing the research findings in foreign codes and literatures. Further investigation is illustrated and proposed.
