摘要
研究了自制的聚1-丁烯热塑性弹性体(PB t-TPE)及市售的三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)和乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)3种弹性体改性聚丙烯(PP)共混物的性能,比较了3种改性体(PB t-TPE、EPDM、POE)对PP共混物力学性能和热性能的影响,结果表明:3种弹性体对PP具有相似的改性效果,共混物的断裂伸长率和冲击强度等韧性指标均有明显改善;PB t-TPE在某些方面可替代EPDM作为PP的改性剂,其工业化产品将具有明显的价格优势。
The properties of PP modified by different elastomers ( PBt-TPE, EPDM, POE ) were studied. And the mechanical properties and thermal stability of PBt-TPE/PP, EPDM/PP and POE/PP were compared. The results showed that the three elatomers had similar modification effects on PP. The properties of elongation at break and impact strength were improved obviously. PBt-TPE could replace EPDM in some aspects as the modifier for PP and its price in industry will be competitive.
