摘要
目的采用β-环糊精包合荜茇提取物,增加其稳定性。方法采用饱和水溶液法、手工研磨法、球磨机法,设计正交实验,以包合率和产率为指标优选包合的最佳方法和工艺。结果饱和水溶液法、手工研磨法、球磨机法的包合率分别为79.21%、78.66%、74.68%,其产率分别为75.23%、86.79%、82.23%。结论3种方法的包合率都达到70%以上,实验室及工厂可根据实际情况选用不同的包合方法。
Aim The extract of Pipes longum L. was complexed to increase its stability by β-cyclodextrin complexation techniques.Methods The methods of co-preciitation, milling by hand and milling by miller were used. The methods and techniques were optimized by orthogonal design test in terms of the ratio of complexation and productivity. Results The rate of complexation of the method of co-precipitation, milling by hand and milling by miller was respectively 79.21%, 78.66% ,74.68%, and the rate of productivity of the three methods was 75.23 % ,86.79% ,82.23 % respectively. Con. clusion The complexation of the three methods all exceeded 70%. Different methods could be chosen as required by laboratories and factories.
