摘要
目的建立曲克芦丁氯化钠注射液的细菌内毒素检查方法。方法按中国药典2000年版附录细菌内毒素检查法要求进行实验。结果曲克芦丁氯化钠注射液2倍稀释后,不干扰鲎试剂与细菌内毒素的凝胶反应。结论可用细菌内毒素检查法替代家兔法对曲克芦丁氯化钠注射液的热原检查。
Aim To establish a bacterial endotoxin testing method for Troxcrutin and Sodium Chloride Injection. Methods The tests were conducted according to appendix IX E of Chp 2000. Results Troxcrutin and sodium chloride Injection was diluted to 1→2.The regression equation shows that the sample solution didn＇t interfere with LAL and can be used with less interference. Conclusion The bacterial endotoxin test for Troxcrutin and Sodium Chloride Injection can replace the pyrogen test.
