论新课改中教师的阻抗心理及消除 被引量:1

摘要 新课改在为教师提供机遇的同时,也带来了极大的挑战。部分教师对新课改产生了阻抗心理,主要表现为新观念取代旧观念导致教师自我否定的痛苦和矛盾,自身素质重建带来教师的焦虑和恐慌,角色转变引起教师的失落和不适,新课改的美好目标与现实操作困难冲突带来的茫然和无奈。针对教师的这种的阻抗心理,笔者提出了自我内在的消除策略和外部的缓解措施。
