川芎嗪对电刺激在体蟾蜍腓肠肌疲劳的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察川芎嗪对电刺激在体蟾蜍腓肠肌疲劳的影响。方法用不同频率的方波(1、5、10、20Hz)电刺激蟾蜍坐骨神经,记录对照组、新斯的明组及川芎嗪组在体腓肠肌收缩力。以单脉冲方波(1Hz)刺激腓肠肌,描记肌肉收缩初始幅度,最大幅度其降至50%的时间。结果川芎嗪组与对照组相比腓肠肌收缩力增强(1Hz,5Hz),疲劳时间延长(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪可增强在体蟾蜍腓肠肌的收缩力,延缓电刺激引起的肌肉疲劳。 Objective To observe the effects of ligustrazine on gastrocnemius fatigue in vivo induced by electric stimulation in toad, Methods The sciatic nerves of the toad were stimulated with different frequency electric current and the contracting capacity of gastrocnemius in vivo were recorded in control group, neostigrnine group and ligustrazine group. The gastrocnemius was stimulated by a fixed single pulse ( 1 Hz) and the swimming time to be fatigue was determined when the contracting amplitude reduced to 50% of the maximum. Results Compared with the control group, the contracting ability of gastrocnemius increased and the time of fatigue extended obviously in the ligustrazine group ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions Ligustrazine can strengthen the contracting ability of gastrocnemius and postpone musele fatigue in vivo induced by electric stimulation.
