摘要
目的 总结急诊治疗指端伤体会。方法 对我院急诊治疗115例指端伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 115例患者术后随访1.5～6个月，根据伤指恢复程度分级，优良率达95．7％。结论 急诊指端伤较多，治疗上根据指端伤缺损的程度分为四度，可选择不同的术式，在方法选择上还必需综合考虑致伤原因、损伤程度、技术水平等因素。
Objective To evaluate the curative effects of emergency treatment for fingertip injury. Methods The clinical data of 115 cases with fingertip injury were analyzed retrospectively. Results 1.5 to 6 months follow - up showed the superior recovered fingers account for 95.7%, Conclusions The fingertip injury is the main party of emergency injuries. The surgical intervention should be selected according to the impairment scale based on the evaluation of the reason and degree of injury in emergency treatment.
