单吻合器在中低位直肠癌保肛手术中的应用

Application of Single Anastomat in Anus-retained Operation for Mid-low Rectal Cancer

目的 探讨使用一次性单吻合器行中低位直肠癌前切除术的疗效。方法 回顾性分析我科2002年5月～2005年10月采用单吻合器行中低位直肠癌前切除术76例的临床资料。结果 76例中Duke＇s：A期16例。B期51例，C期9例。出现术后并发症14例（18．4％），吻合口漏5例（6.50％），吻合口狭窄2例（2．60％），切口感染2例（2．60％）。切口疝2例（2.60％），术后便血3例，39例术后有不同程度的排便习惯改变。结论 应用一次性单吻合器技术进行中低位直肠癌前切除手术安全实用，中低位直肠癌保肛成功率高，对预后无不良影响。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of single anastornat in the anterior resection for rectal cancer. Methods Clinic data of 76 patients with rectal cancer underwent the anterior resection in our department were reviewed retrcospectively. Results Among 76 cases there were Dukes A 16 cases, Dukes B 51 cases, Dukes C 9 cases. The incidence of complication was 18.4% （ 14/76）. 5 cases were with anastomotic leakage （6.50%）,2 cases with anastomotic constriction （2.60% ）,2 cases with infection wound （2.60 % ）, 2 cases with incisional hernia （2.60 % ） and 3 cases with bloody stool after operation. There were 39 patients with changed defecation habits after operation. Conclusions The anterior resection by single anastomat was safe and credible for the mid low rectal cancer with high success ratio of anus-retained. The operation has no adverse effect to the prognosis.
