摘要
目的探讨对中老年人群美容手术过程中的心理护理。方法通过对188例中老年美容求术者的心理特征进行观察与分析,实施针对性的心理护理措施。结果消除、减轻了中老年美容求术者的心理障碍,手术效果满意。结论建立良好的护患关系,营造良好的医疗环境,实施准确的人性化护理操作,能有效消除、减轻患者恐惧心理,帮助其提高信心,增进美容手术效果。
Objective To investigate the psychological nursing for the middle and old age received cosmetic operation. Methods The apposite nursing means were taken based on the observation and analysis of the psychological character of 188 cases of the middle and old age received cosmetic operation. Results Throe nursing methods eliminated or lessened the psychological disorder of patients. The operational effect was satisfactory. Conclusions The friendly and trusty relation between nurses and patients, favorable curative eircunmstance, and humanistic therapy and nursing can build up the confidence of patients, eliminateel or lessened the psychological disorder of patients, and strengthen the effect of cosmetic surgery.
