摘要
多元智能理论认为,人的智能是多元的,人的智力没有高低贵贱之分,只有智能类型不同,只要引导正确,每个人都有无限的潜力与可能。高等职业教育和普通高等教育是同一层次两种不同类型的教育。高职教育要为社会培养合格的、高质量的高级应用型人才,必须根据学生的智能类型,重视基础文化课的学习,改革传统的课程结构,创设情景化的课程实施环境,建立复合型师资队伍,实行多元化教学评价。
Multi-Dimension Intelligence Theory states that human aptitude is multi-dimension. All humans are of the same intelligence, but there only exists different types of Intelligence. Higher vocational education and general higher education are at the same level, but they are two different types. In order to cultivate qualified practical talents, higher vocational education must attach importance to the study of basic courses, change the tradition construction of speciality ,create the scene for study, establish complex teachers team qualified to teach and implement synthesis teaching evaluation.
