腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶引流术8例报告

Laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing and drainage in 8 cases

目的：探讨经腹腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶引流术的临床应用价值。方法：回顾分析8例患者的临床资料。结果：8例患者全部治愈，无中转手术，手术时间加20-43min，平均28min，无并发症发生，住院3-6d，随访最长2年，最短半年，囊肿无复发。结论：经腹腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶引流术具有创伤小，视野清晰，手术时间短，术后患者疼痛轻、康复快、住院时间短等优点，值得临床应用。

Objectlve：To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing and drainage. Methods：The clinical data of eight cases were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Eight cases were performed successfully, no case was converted to laparotomy, the operation time ranged from 20 to 43 minutes, the mean operative time was 28 minutes, no complication occured. The hospitaliza- tion ranged from 3 to 6 days. The follow-up ranged from 6 months to 2 years and there was no recurrence. Conclusions： Laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing and drainage has many advantages such as less injury, clear operative visualization, shoter operative time, less pain after operation, quicker recovery and shorter hospitalization.
