腹腔镜附件良性肿瘤切除术86例临床分析

The clinical analysis of laparoscopic benign adnexal tumorectomy:a report of 86 cases

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗附件良性肿瘤的效果。方法:回顾分析2002年3月至2004年12月接受腹腔镜手术治疗的附件良性肿瘤患者86例的临床资料。结果:患者均在腹腔镜下顺利完成手术。术后75例随访1年,均无包裹性积液、盆腔积液等并发症发生,亦无复发。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗附件良性肿瘤安全、有效。

Objective： To assess the therapeutic efficacy of benign adnexal tumor treated with laparoscope. Methods ：The clinlcal data of 86 patients with benign adnexal tumor operated from March 2002 to December 2004 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： All were successfully operated by laparoscope. During a follow-up of 1 year for 75 cases, there were no encapsulated effusion and fluidify in pelvic cavity,and no case recurred. Conclusions：Laparoscopy is safe and effective for benign adnexal tumor.
