Prevention and treatment of severe complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:总结腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)重要并发症的防治经验,最大限度降低LC重要并发症的发生并有效处理。方法:对6 000余例合并严重并发症的LC手术过程及并发症处理方法回顾性分析。结果:2例术后大出血,4例肝外胆管损伤,7例术后胆漏,均有效处理并痊愈。结论:通过对发生并发症的LC过程及并发症处理方法的回顾性分析,总结经验,吸取教训,对LC严重并发症的防治具有重要意义。

Objective：To conclude the experiences of prevention and treatment of severe complications of LC, in order to reduce the incidence rate utmostly and dispose them effectively. Methods： Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 6 000 cases received LC, especially those with severe complications. Results： All the cases with severe complications, of whom 2 with postoperative bleeding,4 with extrahepatic biliary tract injury,7 with postoperative bile leak, were disposed effectively and recovered fully. Conclusions：The analysis is very meaningful to prevent and treat the severe complications of LC.
