微波辐射下合成5-亚苄基绕丹宁乙酸

Synthesis of 5-arylmethylidene Rhodanine Acetic Acid under Microwave Irradiation

摘要 利用微波辐射催化芳香醛与绕丹宁乙酸的缩合反应,合成了10个5-亚苄基绕丹宁乙酸衍生物,反应时间8~20min,产率较好,操作简便. The 5-arylmethylidene rhodanine acetic acid were synthesized by the condensation of rhodanine acetic acid with aromatic aldehyde in sodium acetate/acetic acid under microwave irradiation. This method has better advantage in good yields, shorter reaction time and milder reaction conditions.
