毒三素链霉菌发酵产物中有关物质的结构鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 目的对由毒三素链霉菌发酵法生产Lipstatin时所产生的有关物质进行结构鉴定。方法使用制备型HPLC法分离,用波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果该有关物质被鉴定为:[二(2-乙基-己酯)]-邻苯二甲酸。结论该化合物与Lipstatin无直接关联,它是一种常用的增塑剂,可能是生产过程中的污染物。
