摘要 目的评价CT导引下经皮肺穿刺活检的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析29例经CT导向肺穿刺活检经手术或病理证实的病例。结果①29例中病理诊断明确25例,腺癌11例,鳞癌7例,转移性腺癌1例,肺脓肿1例,肺结核3例,炎性假瘤2例,②不能诊断4例;③穿刺活检总正确率为86.2%,假阴性率为13.8%,未见假阳性病例;④少量气胸1例,少量咯血1例。结论CT导引下肺穿刺活检准确率高,并发症少,是一种方便、安全、有效的诊断手段。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of CT guided pereutaneous fine-needle aspiration biopsy of the lung. Methods CT guided pereutaneous fine-needle aspiration biopsy of the lung was performed in 29eases. Results ① Pathological diagnosis was established in33 cases,including adenocareinoma (n=11),squamous eareinoma(n=7),ambulant adenoeareinoma(n=1), abseess(n=1),tuberculosis(n=3);inflammatory pseudotumor(n=2).②Uneertain diagnosis by pathology(n=4). ③The diagnosis accuracy of pereutaneous biopsy was 86.2% ,and the false-negative rate was 13.8%. ④Complieations were 1 cases pneumothorax and 1 cases minor hemoptysis.Conciusion CT guided percutaneous needle biopsy is an effective and relatively safe method for obtaining diagnostic material form a intrathoracic lesions because of the low complication and high accuracy rate.
