摘要
在水质分析数据的基础上,采用水质分析软件和化学分析方法,分别研究了大港油田采油三厂各注水系统的结垢类型和程度,并与实际垢样分析结果进行了比较,证明了预测结果的准确性;同时,系统研究了影响各注水系统结垢的各因素,得到了一系列规律性的结论;揭示了导致各注水系统结垢的主要因素,为采用适当的阻垢措施对注入水质进行处理,减少注水管网的结垢程度和维护处理费用提供了理论基础,对油田生产具有重要的指导意义。
On the basis of water-quality analytical data,the type and degree of the individual scaling in waterflood system in the 3rd Oil Production Plant of Dagang Oilfield Company are studied by means of the water-quality analytical software and chemically analytical method.Compared with the actual scaling analysis,the predicted results are proved accurate.Simultaneously,main factors influencing on the scaling are systematically studied. This paper provides some theoretical basis for processing the water-injected quality by anti-scaling measurements,decreasing the scaling degree in water injection network and reducing the maintenance cost.This prediction is significant for oil field production.
