摘要
用科学管理消除异步电机设计制造中的隐患为例,揭示了提高产品质量的途径。在剖析隐患时,突出设计因素;在剖析设计因素时,又将电磁设计、轴承结构这两个对质量至关重要的因素列为重点讨论对象,以达到消除隐患,提高产品质量的目的。
With measures in scientific management to eliminate the potential problems in the design and manufacture of explosion - proof motors, the author opens out a way to improve the quality of these products. In the analyses of these potential problems, design factors are line out, in the analyses of design factors, he turns to two vital factors for the product qualit-electromagnetic design and bearing stuchure, thus it reaches the aim to improve the quality of products by eliminating these potential problems.
