摘要
以实例的计算和分析,说明了在一定的前题条件下并使用现有工装,三相不对称绕组也可以应用在防爆电机中,并可获得良好的性能,从而达到节省新开模具、降低电机制造成本、提高产品竞争能力的目的。
Three- phase unsymmetrical winding can be applied in explosion- proof motor under certain conditons and with the original manufacturing tool or module, through the calculation and analyses with the example. It is not only kept the favorable performance, but also save the cost for using the new die assembly, thus, it is propitious to increase the capacity of competition for the product by reducing the cost of manufacture.
