摘要
分析了图书馆实行职业资格证书制度的意义，通过对比国外图书馆职业资格证书制度和出版行业职业资格证书制度，对中国图书馆行业职业资格证书制度的建立提出了一些设想和建议。
The article makes analysis of the system of professional qualifications in libraries, presents the conception and some suggestions to the establishment of the system of our professional qualifications, by the comparison between the systems of professional qualification of press industry home and abroad.
