A Study on Team Knowledge Management Based on Shared Mental Model

摘要 共享心智模型是认知心理学和组织心理学在团队认知方面的一个新的研究领域.基于对共享心智模型的概念、特征以及影响因素的系统分析,提出了一种基于共享心智模型的理解团队知识的新视角,并指出如何根据这种新观点有效进行团队知识管理. It systematically studies on shared mental model (SMM), whieh is a newly developed research area about team cognition in cognitive psychology and 1/0 psychology. It introduced the concept, content and types, and antecedents of shared mental model, and the overlapping and distributed nature of shared mental model was analyzed. And then it provides a new perspective in understanding team knowledge and how to manage team knowlledge effectively based on this new perspective. It points out some promising directions in future studies.
