从组织知识创造的多层次性分析入手,在参考野中等学者研究成果的基础上,对组织内个体知识向网络化组织内部企业知识创造演进的过程进行分析研究,对SEC I模型进行了拓展.
Network organization is a new framework of enterprise, this organization mode is available for a company to obtain information. Based on the analysis of the multilayer of organizational knowledge creation and the reference of the results of Ikujiros＇ research, it works on how knowledge evolving from individual to the companies of a network organization, and tries to develop the SECI model.
