摘要
对企业网络中组织间学习过程进行分析,着重研究影响学习过程的重要因素,提出了四要素关系模式,从企业知识、知识发送企业、接收企业以及学习环境四个维度综合分析了各种因素对企业知识转移过程和经验学习过程的影响,并对促进企业网络中有效的组织间学习提出了政策建议.
It analyzes the interorganizational learning process in enterprises' network. Based on examining some key factors influencing interorganizational learning process, it introduces a four-factor relation mode is present. This mode consists of four primary factors, such as firm knowledge, knowledge-source firm, knowledge-recipient firm, and learning environment, which have a synthesized effect on knowledge transfer process and experienced learning process in enterprises' network. Some policy suggestions are put forward to facilitate effective interorganizational learning.
