摘要
基于国内大型军工科研机构的管理属性和经济特征,研究了职工培训在其组织中的战略地位、功能和特点,提出了其基于履职胜任能力的职工培训模型和对应组织创新和学习不同阶段和类型逐级提升的职工培训模式.对推动大型军工科研机构的职工培训和事业发展具有直接的意义,对大型国家事业单位和公务员系统推动其培训同样具有借鉴意义.
Based on the characteristics of management, economics and innovation of large-sized institutions of war industry, it deals with the strategic position, role, function and characteristics of staff training in these institutions. Furthermore, it puts forward two modes of training: Job-qualification-based training and institution innovation and progress-maklng step-by-step training. The research result can not only have a direct, positive and instructive significance to improve staff training and cause their development hut can also be used by big national institutions and government functionaries as reference for training.
