摘要
从技术创新的角度,利用1998—2002年大中型工业企业的数据实证分析FD I对我国企业的技术创新能力的影响.结果表明FD I的流入对我国(包括三资企业)的技术创新能力存在显著的正面效应,如只考察国有大中型工业企业,溢出效应并不明显.
Employing the data of LMEs, it analyses the impact of FDI on technological innovation of China enterprises （1998-2002）. Results show that there exist significant and positive spillover effects when it takes all LMEs as the samples. However, the evidence indicates that the effects are no longer striking if it uses the data of SOEs alone.
