The rapid progress of the telecommunication technology makes it to＇be the most potentially technological form. The different technological choose path which was combined with the dynamics and diversity of the telecommunication industry technology will form a completly different result in the market. The study of the telecommunication technological choice regulation will be crucial in the development and the international competitiveness of the telecommunication industry.
