The characteristics and requirements of project volume inventory pricing are analyzed in this paper. The content of enterprise construction work on fixed quota and means and ways is mentioned. In construction work the principle of the mean advantage, concise practice, expert-oriented, self-reliance and independence and confidential should be followed. Compiling price-inventory on the basis of enterprise construction is discussed.
