Artillery Quality Evaluation in the Preproduction Process Based on Gray Forecasting

依据模糊综合评判、灰色预测、抽样检验和质量工程学等理论,对火炮试生产阶段的质量稳定状况进行了有效评估,解决了火炮试生产期质量状况不易量化分析的问题,并采用超前质量控制的思想为现有的质量状况作合理的评估,依此为生产定型时机的决策提供有力参考。

The artillery quality in preproduction process is evaluated validly with the fuzzy comprehensive assessment, gray forecasting method, sample inspection, and quality loss theory. The problem that quality in the preproduction is difficult to be quantitatively analysed is solved. Quality precontrol is also introduced for reasonable assessment of the current quality, with is reference for decision-making of the production definition.
