摘要
确保高膛压下炮膛可靠密封是火炮发展的一项关键技术。给出了高膛压的一个明确界定。适用于楔式炮闩的闭气方式有4种类型。根据所选择的闭气方式确定相适应的结构方案是闭气机构设计的基本原则、设计方法和闭气可靠性评估方法。高膛压闭气机构的设计原则是避免构件发生塑性变形。在确保炮膛闭气可靠的前提下,闭气机构的设计应有利于获得结构紧凑的炮闩系统,有利于提高炮闩系统的综合性能。对于大口径常规火炮,在固体发射药仍占据主导地位的情况下,楔式炮闩、使用无药筒装药发射有利于提高射速。合理增加装药量、大幅度提高膛压是提高初速的基本方法。
