摘要
针对全数字调速系统,设计了基于DSP的数字控制器,对于模拟系统中电流滤波环节难以设计、高阶系统难以实现的问题,重点叙述了数字电流环的滤波器设计。利用Matlab软件中的FDATOOL工具包可进行快速的滤波器设计、仿真,将设计的滤波器转换到DSP控制软件中,从而快速、高效地实现对电流的数字滤波设计,改善电流环的控制效果,从而提高交流永磁同步电机调速系统的整体性能。
AC permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM) is described. Digital controller based on DSP is designed according to full digital speed adjustment system. For difficult problems in current filter analogy system and complementation of high order system, filter design of digital current loop is emphasized. Filter design and simulation can perform rapidly by means of FDA Tool package in Matlab software. Transfer designed filter into DSP control software, current digital filter design can be realized rapidly and effectively, so as to improve control of current loop and overall performances of AC PMSM speed adjustment system.
