浅谈国有企业资本结构的优化

我国国有企业的资本结构在总体上以高负债为特征,过高的资产负债率不仅导致企业沉重的利息负担和企业再融资的困难,使企业失去发展能力,同时也导致企业治理结构失效和治理机制弱化。国有企业的现实困境与治理结构的不健全密切相关,而资本结构又是导致治理结构缺陷的原因所在。本文就我国国有企业的资本结构现状及存在的问题展开分析,进而提出了优化企业资本结构的对策。

The capital composition of Chinese state- owned businesses takes high indebtedness as character as a whole. Higher assets indebtedness rote not only causes heavy interest incidence and difficulties in refinancing and makes the businesses lose development petential and make the composition improvement lose efficiency, and weakens its improving mechanism as well. The reahstic predicament of the state- owned businesses is closely related to the unsound improving structure, while the capital composition is the cause of the defect of it. This paper analyzes the status and problems of the capital composition of Chinese state - owned businesses and puts forward on dominating the capital composition.
