摘要
我国加入世贸组织后,众多中小型企业获得了出口经营权,这意味着他们将有更大的发展空间。但是由于中小型企业自身的各种特点,使其在参与国际市场竞争的时候面临着更多的风险。本文主要讨论中小型企业在参与国际市场竞争时可能遇到的风险及其原因,并讨论中小型企业应采取什么措施来尽可能避免这些风险。
After China entered the WTO, many small- and- medium- sized enterprises got the exportation management power, which meant they had a wider development space. This article talks about the risks that these enterprises might meet in international market and gives some suggestions on how to avoid risks.
