摘要
把大学生中的优秀分子及时吸收到党内,培养一批信念坚定、素质过硬的社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,成了高校学生党建工作的重要任务。但是在新的历史时期,高校学生党员发展工作中存在着不容忽视的问题,面临着新的机遇和挑战。对于高校党建工作者来说,重要的是健全制度、完善机制、建立学生党员发展工作新体系,在具体工作中实施有效的措施,拓展学生党建工作的新空间。
It has become an important task for colleges to admit new Party members from college students and cultivate the socialist enterprise constructor and the successor. Under the new historical circumstances, Party construction work among college students is faced with new challenge as well as opportunities. It is important to perfect the rules, consummate the mechanism and establish the new system of developing work of party member. This paper points out some new situations and new problems existing in the current party construetion work among college students, analyzes the causes of these problems and suggests some new effective measures.
