材料因素对聚合物混凝土纤维复合板性能的影响

摘要 聚合物混凝土纤维复合板是以废弃泡沫聚苯乙烯塑料、粉煤灰、水泥、膨胀珍珠岩、陶砂、PP纤维、农作物秸秆为主要原材料,配以高分子聚合物、各种外加剂及纤维增强网格布,经特殊工艺处理技术制成的一种新型节能保温屋面板(外挂板).该复合板具有轻质高强、保温隔热、抗冻性高、既承重又保温、保温承重功能二合一,以及防火性能好等特点,是一种环保节能型的“绿色建材”. Polymer cement concrete fiber composite slab is made from expanded polystyrene sheet(EPS), fly ash, cement, expanded pearlite, shale ceramsite, PP fiber, straw fiber as main raw materials, polymers, and admixters. The polymer cement concrete fiber composite slab has many advantages of lightweight, higher strength, thermal insulation, higher resistance freezing, and fireproof. It is an energy saving and environmental protection building materials.
