我国智能建筑发展的探讨

Exploration of Intelligent Building's Development In Our Country

智能建筑是自动控制技术、计算机控制技术、信息技术、建筑技术高度发展和有机结合的产物.它对建筑业的发展具有重大的变革作用,将成为21世纪建筑业的发展主流,也是国民经济的重要增长点.我国从20世纪90年代初开始引进智能建筑的理念,经历了10多年的发展,取得了一些成绩,但也存在一些问题.笔者阐述了智能建筑的定义、智能建筑建设中的布线系统、系统集成中存在的主要问题,以及对这些问题处理的看法和一些建议.

Intelligent Building（IB） is a highly developed and combined product with automatic technique,computer control technique, information technique and architechture technique. It will be a main stream in 21＇st architechture and an important increasing point in nation economy, played a revolutionary role in the development of architechture. In beginning of 1990, our country started to introduce the idear of IB and made progress through ten years, but it remained some questions. The paper tells the definition of IB, GCS of IB, and some questions about integrated system, and gives some views on the questions and some advices.
