下肺叶结核的临床及X线研究

The Clinical and X - ray Study of Tuberculosis of Lower Leaves

目的 探讨下肺叶结核的临床表现、X线诊断及鉴别诊断，准确地诊断下肺叶结核。方法 30例下肺叶结核患者，其中男21例，女9例；年龄在13-45岁，平均28．4岁，所有病例均摄胸部正侧位片检查。结果 下肺叶结核虽然少见。但性质多样，且可分为5种类型，部分病例尚累及胸膜及肺门淋巴结，所有病例的临床症状较轾。结论 X线正侧位胸片检查对下肺叶结核的诊断，有较高价值。

Objective To study the clinical manifestation X - ray diagnosis and differential diagnosis for Tuberculosis of Lower Leaves, and to improve diagnostic accuracy of tuberculosis of lower leaves. Methods 30 cases of tuberculosis of lower leaves were collected, among which 21 cases were male, 9 cases were female and their age ranged from 18 to 45 years old, average age being 28.4. All the cases were performed on P- A and laterial position of the chest filmss. Results Although tuberculosis of lower leaves was infrequently found, but the composition of the case was multiply and it had five types, the pleura and lung hilum were invaded in some cases, and clinical symptom in all case was gentle. Conclusion X - ray P - A and laterial position of the chest are valuable for diagnosing tubercalosis of lower leaves,
