颈椎病与吞咽障碍关系的研究

Study of the Relationship Between the Cervical Vertebra Diseases and the Swallowing Bysfunction

目的 探讨颈椎病与吞咽障碍的关系及其诊断的可靠性。方法 回顾分析6例颈椎病併发吞咽障碍患者的随访资料，与随机抽取的10例年龄相当的健康成人做对照研究。结果 观察组颈椎骨质增生伴吞咽障碍6例，对照组颈椎骨质增生4例，无吞咽障碍。结论 下颈椎骨质增生可导致吞咽障碍，但与神经功能亦有关系。

Objective To discuss the relationship between the cervical vertebra disease and the swallowing dysfunction, and the reliability of the diagnosis. Methods The Clinical data followed up of 6 Cases swallowing dysfuction were reviewed and analyzed, and 10 healthy adults that had the same arrange of the age were dranm randomly to make a comparative study. Results 6 cases suffered from the cervical vertebra osteophytosis with swallowing dysfuction of the observing team; and 4 cases suffered from the Carvical vertebra osteophytosis of the controlling team, without swallowing dysfunction. Conclusion The osteophytosis of the below cervical vertebra may result in the swallowing dysfuction, and it is related of the nerve function.
