摘要
采用半连续种子乳液聚合法,合成了粘度较高、粘接力强、稳定性较好、耐水性和韧性较强的用于制备建筑密封膏的丙烯酸乳液。通过正变实验和单因素实验得到最佳合成条件是:以2.0g过硫酸钾为引发剂,用2.0g十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDS)与1g OP-10配成复合乳化剂,33mL甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为硬单体,40mL丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为软单体。2.0mL丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,反应温度75℃~80℃。
Acrylic acid emulsion with high viscosity, strong cohesion, good stability, high antiwater and toughness for building paste sealant was synthesized by half-constant seed polymerization. The best synthesizing conditions were found by orthogonal and single-factor experiment, as follows:2.0 g of patassium persulfate was used as initiator;the mixture of 2.0 g of sodium dodecalkl phenyl sulfonate and 1 g of OP-10 was used as compound emulsifying agent; 33 mL of methyl methyl propenate was used as hard monomer ;40 mL of butanyl propenate was used as soft monomer;2.0 mL of acrylic acid was used as functional monomer; reaction temeperature was 75 ℃ - 80℃ .
