The life sciences will be developed raipdly in the 21st century. It is an important to perfect and enhance the teaching level of cell biology in order to bring up eligble successor in the new century. In the paper, how to innovate the didactical content, the didactical means and the assessing standard of examination during the teaching of cell biology were discussed, which will be helpful to provide the new idea for innovating the teaching of Cell Biology.
