介绍了南钢公司以铌代钒生产Ⅲ级螺纹钢产品工艺试生产情况。在试验阶段,通过对所试验的钢筋化学成分、力学性能和金相组织分析,阐明了不同工艺对产品质量的影响,得出最佳工艺方案。在生产阶段,通过对大量的数据进行统计和质量分析,重点对抗拉强度偏低和无明显屈服现象进行分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。

Trim production technology of class Ⅲ thread steel instead of V with Nb at Nangang is introduced. In testing process ,ehemieal eomposition ,meehanieal properties and metallographie strueture of produet are analysed, optimum teehnology project is aehieved. Meanwhile, in the process of the produetion, improving measurements are put forward by a large number data, qualith analysis,low tensile strenth and no-obvious yield effeet analysis.
