In the era of knowledge economy, management science changes from rationalism to the humanism. There is a growing emphasis on the social needs, psychological feelings, and more numerous interrelated factors, which requires new concepts and adjusts the leading style, trains the stsff's EQ, efficient habits to form a people -oriented business management, and create a harmonious, unbiased business management environment, and shape up a good corporate culture, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff to upgrade their management performance.
