摘要
用废聚苯乙烯泡沫作为主要原料,丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯和醋酸乙烯酯作为改性剂制备了一种低成本的无溶剂型聚合物乳液。考察了单体用量及配比,引发剂和复合乳化剂用量及配比对乳液性能的影响,得到实验的最佳工艺条件为:m(十二烷基硫酸钠)∶m(OP-10)=2∶1,w(乳化剂)=3.0%,n(醋酸乙烯酯)∶n(苯乙烯)∶n(丙烯酸丁酯)=1∶1∶2,m(聚苯乙烯泡沫)∶m(复合单体)=1∶2。这种具有粘接强度高,无污染的聚合物乳液可应用于胶粘剂和涂料中。
Using polystyrene foam wastes as elementary component and butyl acrylate, styrene and vinyl acetate as nontoxic modifiers, a new non-solvent emulsion of low cost was prepared. Influences of monomers, initiator and composite emulsifier on properties of emulsion were studied. The optimum conditions were: m [ SDS( sodium dodecyl sulphate)] : m (OP - 10) = 2:1 ; w (emulsifiers) = 3.0% ; n (VAc): n(St) : n(BA) = 1 : 1:2;and re(polystyrene) : re(monomers) = 1 : 2, The pollution-free polymer emulsion with high adhesion strength, could be used as adhesivesand coatings.
