4-甲基伞形酮衍生物的合成研究(II)

摘要 在乙腈溶剂中用聚乙二醇-400为相转移催化剂合成了8种4-甲基伞形酮衍生物,产率72%~89%.产物结构经IR、^1H NMR、^13C NMR及MS-EI进行表征.研究了影响反应的条件,温度为70~80℃,相转移催化剂为聚乙二醇-400,溶剂为乙腈. By using PEG-400 as phase transfer catalyst in presence of acetonitrile, eight 4-methyl umbelliferone derivatives were synthesized, and the yield was 72% - 89%. Their structure were characterized by IR, ^1 H NMR, ^13C NMR and MS-EI. The conditions of the reaction were investigated, and the optimum reaction termperature was 70 80℃, the best phase transfer catalyst was PEG-400 and the suitable solvent was acetonitrile.
