摘要
通过对8例同种原位心脏移植病人手术前后的护理揭示出术前病人心理准备,术后循环呼吸系统监测,排斥反应观察及护理,感染的预防及心理护理是保障手术顺利进行及提高术后存活率的关键。
Enphersized pyschological nursing, preoperative preparation, stability of maintenance of cardiovascular system, observation of rejection, preventaion of infection are very important for evaluating the therapeutic outcome of 8 cases with heart tansplantaton.
