CPM在矿井建设进度计划中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 CPM是制定进度计划的科学方法,尤为适用于复杂的矿建系统,结合薛湖煤矿矿井建设工程实际,采用CPM方法优化了矿井建井工期和投入人力资源。
