SiO_2的加入方法对高温稳定型纳米TiO_2光催化活性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以钛酸丁酯为原料,用醇盐水解法制备纳米T i O 2,通过用正硅酸乙酯的不同加入方法对纳米TiO2进行改性,用XRD和TEM来对改性后纳米TiO2粉体的晶型和形貌进行研究。研究表明:在SiO2的加入量分别为5.5wt%、8.5wt%、12wt%时,用后加SiO2的方式来对纳米TiO2进行改性,改性后的纳米TiO2经800℃、900℃、1050℃煅烧10分钟后,其光催化活性较前加的好,且SiO2的加入量为8.5wt%时,改性纳米TiO2粉体对甲基橙的降解率最高。 Using titanium tetrabutoxide as the precursor, nano-TiO2 was preparedby alkoxide hydrolysis method, and was modified by difference addition method of tetraethoxysilane. The particle size, crystal structure was characterized by means of XRD and TEM. The results show that the nano-TiO2 modified by addition tetraethoxysilane after titanium tetrabutoxide had higher photocatalytic activity, when the SiO2 addicted was 5.5wt%, 8.5wt% and 12wt%, and the photocatalytic activity of nano-TiO2 modified was the highest when the SiO2 added was 8.5wt% than that of SiO2 added was 5.5wt% and 12wt%.
