摘要
介绍广州珠江电厂8号循环水泵在运行中突然发生泵轴断裂的事故经过以及解体检查分析情况,找出导致泵轴断裂的主要原因是由于设备增容改造后材质强度未相应更改以及设备寿命周期控制不当,造成泵轴及法兰螺栓疲劳断裂;加上设备保护逻辑不全,又扩大了断轴的影响。通过对事故的分析处理,有针对性地提出了循环水泵类重要辅机的事故防范措施。
This paper introduces No.8 circulation-water pump in GuangZbou peal river plant suddenly break out of the axis during operation,which brings threatening to the steam turbine-generator through the disintegration check,finding out that causing the pump axis break out reason is the equipments increase capacity,but the quality of strength is not change and the equipments life span period control is not appropriate,result in pumpaxis and flange-boh fatiguebreak, end the equipments protect logic is not all,extend influence of break out of the axis fmally ,aim at important,assisting machine such as circulating-water pump bring up the prevention measure for accident.
