摘要
作为我国水文水资源监控工程技术研究转化平台的“水利部水文水资源监控工程技术研究中心”,应用现代科学技术,依靠体制、机制和科技创新,组织研发与完善自动化水平较高的水文水资源监控所需要的设备与控制、通信和网络信息服务系统,开展水文水资源监控的技术研究、开发、交流、培训和咨询。实行“开放、流动、竞争、协作”的运行机制,充分利用依托单位现有的人才、技术和设备优势,通过联合攻关、技术创新和技术辐射等形式,加快水文水资源监控先进设备的研发,促进科技成果的转化与推广应用。
As the transformation platform for national hydrology and water resources monitoring engineering research, the hydrology and water resources monitoring engineering research center of MWR applies modem technology, relies on system, mechanism and technology innovation to develop and perfect high-level automation equipment and control, communication and net work information service systems that hydrology and water resources monitoring need. The center has been engaged in technology research, development, intercourse, training and consultation for hydrology and water resources monitoring, and implements the operational mechanism of "opening-up, mobility, competition and cooperation". By fully using advantages of human resources, technology and equipment of the supporting entity, the center has speeded up the development of technological achievement and its wide application.
